The January meeting of The Villages Scuba Club will be held at the Laurel Manor Recreational Center WEDNESDAY January 6th at 07:00 PM Eastern Time.
The January agenda and the December meeting minutes are attached. Due to the size of the DAN presentation, it is available only via the Facebook page.
Key items for meeting attendees:
- All attendees are responsible for their health and safety and understand that they use facilities at their own risk.
- Attendees must be free of COVID-19 Symptoms (No Fever, Dry Cough, Muscle Aches, Sore throat, Chills, Vomiting/Diarrhea, Etc)
- Attendees will not be permitted to use facilities if they have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have been placed on quarantine until medically cleared.
- Plan on practicing social distancing during the meeting.
- Face masks are required when within 6′ of another person. (Plan on wearing mask for all of the meeting).
- All attendees will need to sign in when they arrive at the meeting
- Setup for the meeting will be at 50% of normal room capacity. Priority will be Club Members, Residents and then Guests.
- We will not be permitted to re-arrange the setup of the chairs and tables without prior coordination with the Rec Center Staff.
